Buying software without understanding how to use it can be worse than not buying the software at all. Much of the potential benefit of the software is lost because the user may not even be aware that those particular features exist. Training can increase productivity, can help you fully utilize the resource that you have paid for and cut down on support calls.
Our training staff is uniquely qualified to help your business get the most out of the products it sells. Our trainers have been intimately involved in the development of the software, have committed to understanding the business that the software has been developed for and have extensive training experience. We feel that training is so integral to successful use of our product that we routinely include minimal training in software price quotes.
We currently have two training options available to our customers.
- ONSITE — This is the most effective option for training because we will come to your location and use your data and computers to train your employees. (Certain program set up by your personnel will be required to make this option successful.) Pricing for this option will have to be quoted because expense will differ for travel to the location. Please feel free to contact one of our associates to discuss the feasibility of this option for your business
- Webex We use the Webex internet meeting service to conduct demonstrations and training. This is a much more cost-effective option for training. Its' draw back is that your people will be limited to watching the training on a computer monitor or, if you have one, through a projector. The benefit of having a live person there that can interact with your personnel is diminished. This option will work for initial training but is probably more effective for follow up training on specific issues. This option is priced based upon a per hour charge.
